Packaging of Nickel Foil

Nickel foil is carefully cleaned and separated with protective interleaving paper or polyethylene (PE) film to prevent surface scratches and contamination. Foils are stacked neatly and wrapped in moisture-proof plastic or vacuum-sealed aluminum foil bags to avoid oxidation during storage and transport.

The wrapped foil stack is placed inside a clean PE bag or plastic sleeve with cushioning foam or rubber padding to protect against shocks and impacts.

Outer packaging consists of sturdy export-grade plywood crates or reinforced cartons, sealed securely to withstand international shipping. Each package is clearly labeled with product name, thickness, dimensions, weight, batch number, and handling instructions such as “Handle with Care” and “Keep Dry.”

Certificates such as COA and MSDS, as well as custom labels or barcodes, are available upon request. Packaging complies with international export standards to ensure safe and contamination-free delivery.
