Packaging of Nickel Round Bar

Nickel round bars are cleaned and dried before packaging to remove any surface contaminants. Each bar is individually wrapped with moisture-proof polyethylene (PE) film or vacuum-sealed aluminum foil to prevent oxidation and corrosion.

Depending on size and quantity, bars are either bundled securely or placed individually in sturdy wooden crates or reinforced cartons. Foam or rubber padding is added to protect against mechanical damage during transit.

Outer packaging is moisture-resistant, impact-proof, and suitable for international shipping. Each package is labeled clearly with product name, grade, dimensions, weight, batch number, and handling instructions such as “Handle with Care” and “Keep Dry.”

Certificates including COA, MSDS, and customized labels or barcodes can be provided upon request. Packaging complies with international export standards to ensure safe and intact delivery.
